Summary: Staff were excellent, especially Brandon who was out waiter at dinner. Facilities are decent and bed was comfy. A few patches up repairs here and there could have been some a little better.

Summary: the exterior does look tired the foyer is lovely . our room was nice with an awesome view across the bay but having two women sharing a room we noticed a severe lack of plugs for hair and phone room wasn’t much better than a premier inn room … bathroom is tired and needs an overhaul … my biggest let down was the spa … small pool … to get into the hydra pool you had to climb up the ladder and then down the other side …. not ideal for the older person … reception was extremely pleasant and helpful … tho i am still waiting for my deposit to be returned to my bank account 4 days after leaving … will have to chase i think
