Summary: The location may be better suited for the warmer months. It can get a little chilly in fall and winter, with cold marble floors in most of the rooms. But there is a cozy working fireplace and the electric heating is robust. It also feels remote, with a long, winding drive to get to the house. The décor is minimalist but functional. The kitchen is very well equipped. Some essentials like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and cooking oil would have been a nice added touch. We also wish there had been some soap in the bathrooms. It is very private and secluded. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful.

Summary: This is a fantastic house in a beautiful location. Yes there is a long road winding up the mountain to get there, but that is the price you pay for the amazing views. The owner was very friendly and helpful and we really appreciated the gift of the delicious melons. This is probably the nicest house we have stayed in - I totally recommend it

Summary: Beautiful property with ample of space and decorated with lovely furnishings, outside a fantastic pool with the most picturesque views of the mountains, although the road up to the property was a bit of a nightmare especially when on a motorbike

Summary: We had a lovely week here enjoying the sunshine and magnificent views from the house. The winding roads up from Ceret were worth every minute for the peace and quiet. The pool is superb and it would be difficult to surpass the view over the surrounding countryside. The house is beneath a neighbours’ house who were very friendly and discreet. The house itself is spacious, clean and tidy. We hope to return again some time.
