Summary: We had a wonderful stay here! Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, kayaking on the beautiful canals, and beautiful house. Kitchen and house was well stocked, minus no toilet paper at all to start out. Neighborhood was a great little place, has community pool and park, basketball and tennis, dog park and dog access to the water was a nice to have The only fault to the house was just not realizing that the 4th bedroom is really not really connected to the main house- you have to go outside to go down the stairs to the room on the bottom floor. The room itself was fine, just wasn't ideal for our situation, but it was fine in the end.Great house and would recommend for a nice quiet getaway!

The porch door needs work, sticks when opening. The ants are a problem! The master shower needs to be cleaned better, the mold and mildew show easily on the white tile. We still overall had a great time and vacation.
