Next to the pool, you'll find Colington Harbour Soundfront Park, featuring acres of sandy beaches, picnic tables shaded by large oak trees, and a playground. The soundfront beach offers a designated swimming area, a perfect, family-friendly retreat in the summer.
The home offers a bright, spacious, and very welcoming interior with a well-equipped, full kitchen at one end of the main-floor great room and an open living area at the other. Summary: The home was beautiful. More than enough room for all of us. Nice bonus with fenced yard for our little dog. Loved having pool nearby. Nice safe community. Only issue we had was killing a few large roaches. And the air flow on the air hockey table didnt work.

Summary: The house was clean when we arrived. I would recommend bringing bleach and running an empty cycle in the washer as it was a little stinky when we arrived. This wasnt a big deal but i wish I would have known before. The kitchen was well appointed with basics and included a keurig and traditional coffee pot. There were a couple washing machine pods, dishwasher tabs, rolls of toilet paper, and soap available which was nice. The house photos are very accurate. The house was large enough for our group to be very comfortable. All the bedrooms had comfortable mattresses that appeared to be fairly new. There is a fenced yard which was very nice for our small dog. All in, we were pleased with the house. The only downside to the trip was the distance of the house from the pool area and ocean. The pool is 1 mile from the house. The beach was about 4 miles away. We had planned to allow our older kids to walk to the pool and playground area but this wasn't able to happen. The "in neighborhood beach access" was actually a boat docking area into the sound. It definitely wasn't somewhere you would stay at to spend the day. These weren't huge issues to us but they did make the trip a little more difficult than we had planned. If you have smaller children, the park was very nice. The pool was fantastic and clean.
