Positive: The reception - quick and private; host was friendly and apologized about the stairs when he saw that I walk with a cane! The breakfast served was wonderful in the morning; the host was friendly and informative of the locality!
Negative: Maybe it’s getting to be the end of the season, the outside of the property needs puffing up to show it’s welcome; the room inside is clean and complete, bedding is comfortable; bathroom needs some puffing up.
Summary: It was comfortable and homey; property needed to keep up-to-date for the overall ambience.

Positive: Location was perfect. Breakfast was excellent. Don was a great host! Super friendly, a great talker, very knowledgeable and helpful.
Negative: If you’re looking for fancy, this is not the place for you. But it was clean and comfortable, and that is what is important to me

Positive: Breakfast was absolutely delicious, from the fruit cocktail, to the warm rolls, to the eggs and bacon and the fresh coffee and orange juice. Don, one of the owners provided excellent warm and friendly service. We found the location easily and loved the historical building that was built in 1884. I purchased a beautfiul sea glass/mermaid tears pendant that Jenny the other owner makes. Don and Jenny have owned the B&B for 35 years! We really enjoyed visiting St. Andrew’s by the Sea, walking along the Wharf and made some unique purchases.
Negative: Nothing, our stay exceeded our expections.
Summary: We will be back with our friends to stay next Summer. We highly recommend Chamcook Forest Lodge B&B
