Summary: Signed in by an apathetic teenager. Room was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Pool was filthy and unusable. On site restaurant was abandoned. No breakfast offered. Woken at 6am by slamming doors, banging and loud talking.

Summary: This lodge is a hidden gem in the beauty of the Louisiana's countryside. The room was large enough that there was plenty of room to walk between the beds and the walls. For dinner we walked to the recently opened restaurant and were happy we did. My husband and I had the grilled shrimp. It was amazing. As golfers we wished that we would have had time to play 18 holes.

Summary: The included breakfast was very bad both days and cold. When I stayed in June it was much better. The first day my wife and I were the only 2 in the restaurant, and the food took exactly 40 minutes to come and most was luke warm or cold. The older gentleman in the pro shop was not nice, dismissive and unhelpful. The 3 different ladies at the front desk were nice. I gave a guest a cigar and he invited me to play golf with him, but I was unable to because I was leaving.

Summary: The property was a great place to stay if you are visiting Poverty Point. It was a very relaxing and clean environment. We had dinner at Champions Bistro on site and the food and service were fantastic! Highly recommend this spot!dinneatthe

Summary: Being on a golf course, you would think the beds and pillows would be A ! They are not. I woulsnt recommend this place to anyone until this is fixed.
