Summary: Lovely vacation rental centrally located, nice private back yard, well equipped and comfortable. Could accommodate up to ten ppl if necessary. Has a nice beachy ambiance. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We loved this house and the yard was so pleasant and beautiful filled with fruit trees! We even brought our hammocks and enjoyed swinging below them. Beds were comfortable and fans were a bonus for hot nights. It was so cute and loved the beach theme throughout the house. It was perfect for two families (each one kid and one dog!). The girls loved having their own kid space upstairs and the dogs could run free and frolic in the gigantic yard. It’s super close to everything - beer & wine just down the street, grocery stores etc. a fairly short walk to City beach- even our 6 yr old did it! Communication with our just was easy and we needed another propane tank which was brought later that day. The bbq and fire table are also a huge bonus especially bc it rained one day but we still got to enjoy being outside by the covered fire table. We definitely loved staying here and hopefully we’ll come back! Thanks!!

Summary: The location is great; walk to the beach in 15 minutes (or drive in about 3!) walk to cute local shops in 5! The backyard is the best thing about this property. It’s huge, well maintained, bountiful fruit trees, fire table, lots of shade. Perfect for games, family dinners, and relaxing! The house is showing it’s age, however you can tell the host has put thought into decorating and providing all the comforts of home (well equipped kitchen, towels, chairs, umbrella, etc. for the beach, dog beds, toys).

Summary: Older house. Lovingly decorated. Back fenced yard perfect for our dogs and us to relax in. Shade from a gazebo was a welcome addition. Perfect to relax any time of day.

Summary: We were 2 couples and a dog in town for a friend’s wedding. Though we didn’t cook much, we were impressed with the number of spices available for our use. The cottage is old but very charming and suited our needs well. The back yard was great to have for the dog as he made good use of it.

Summary: We had 3 generations stay for 5 nights. We also brought 2 dogs. The cottage was bright and clean with many thoughtful touches like the surge protector with so many plugs for devices, Kleenex,spices and condiments, tvs, quilts etc. The back yard is phenomenal, with multiple seating areas , lights, flowers and a perfect place to play games and throw a ball for dogs. Our first impression was very positive with the lovely colors and well stocked kitchen, not to mention the comfortable furniture. The upstairs was great for teenagers with twin beds and a small tv room. Throughly enjoyed ourselves and recommend it to others!

Summary: Our stay was wonderful. The yard is huge and fenced in, the home had lots of space and was very inviting. It felt like we were staying in a home as opposed to a rental property. The house was old but very clean and nicely decorated.
