Summary: I had a bad experience with my family in first day , we booked apartment for 6 persons with sea view and breakfast included on hotels.com , they gave me parking view , so I asked to change the apartment and they told me that there is not availability at this time , I asked to see the manager and he refused because he has meetings and he was just seating in the back desk listening, the situation was really provocative, I contacted hotels.com and they reacted quickly and they apologised for this unprofessional behaviour, I am giving two stars only because the kindness of the receptionists and the breakfast was very good , the hotel is good in general but the administration behaviour is need to be evaluated , we had small accident in the pool and we asked for first aid kit , they apologised because it was used before one week and they don’t have another one !!

Summary: Very nice hotel and management. There was a mistake with our room booking but it got resolved and compensated well. Thanks to all staff very kind and professional. Very close to everything we loved it and are planning next trip.

Summary: Disgusted by black mold in bathroom. Only provided half roll of toilet paper. Was not offered the room we reserved. Low clearance in parking garage was not explained.

Summary: Great property. Beautiful grounds and pool. The two young men at the front desk were very helpful and the one even carried our bags up the stairs because the elevator not working.

Summary: I had to wait for my room to be ready, but, they had a comfortable lounge in lobby to wait in. My room was spacious and balcony was awesome, and overlooked ocean! It was walkable, 5-7min to restaurants and beach. I would stay again, and very close to airport.

Summary: The people working where very nice. The zink in the bathroom had a major stop in it, even we told the reception nothing happend. No cleaning and no new towels.

Summary: This hotel is "cheap" for not giving the essentials such as extra toilet paper, dishwasher soap . The hairdryer must be claimed at the reception desk, wich closes at 8 pm.
