Summary: The property was clean & well appointed, it was in a lovely neighborhood, and not but 20 min walk to Metro train station. My friend and I had three days of sightseeing, ate great food and everyone we encountered was helpful & friendly. I LOVED OUR basement apt, very comfortable and we felt totally safe in the area. Thank you!

Summary: Nice spacious apartment. It was clean and easy to find. Some household items needed to be provided / restocked when we were there but once I commenced with the host it was handled quickly. Parking with permit was easy to find spots - getting the permit was a bit more complicated then expected but handwriting it and putting it in the car worked out just fine.

Summary: This was a great value for the DC area. 10 min or so walk to the metro (green line). The lay out was nice and felt bigger than the pictures made it out to be. This was the basement unit but never felt like that. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions ( not that we had many). Overall my family of 3 enjoyed our stay and enjoyed Washington DC!!

Summary: Paige and her son were excellent hosts to us during our two week stay. Plenty of bedding and towels, and a kitchen with most of the cookware anyone may require. The neighborhood is also very quiet. A great time!
