Summary: This was a great "home base" for our visit to the Shaw neighborhood -- and to the whole DC area thanks to easy Metro access. Nice & quiet with plenty of good guidance from the hosts.

Summary: This property was great! No complaints about the place itself or the surrounding area. My mom and I loved that it was situated in the heart of the LeDroit Park Historic District, very cool! The ONLY thing we didn't care for was that the shower door opens to the inside, which made it hard to turn on the shower without getting hit with cold water, but that is the epitome of a first world problem lol. Highly recommend this place!

Summary: Highly recommend! This was a super clean, quiet, and comfortable apartment for my stay in DC. It is located close to many great spots in the city and as well as the metro. It is a basement apt. but you barely hear the family above. It was extremely comfortable and the hosts provided all the amenities you can think of. It definitely had a high quality hotel feel but with the benefit of a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The hosts were also very responsive to any messages I sent. I definitely recommend and would stay in the future again!

Summary: The property was as advertised, and is a cozy basement one bedroom apartment. The appliances and bathroom make it nicely appointed. Access to the DC Metro trains is very convenient, so access to the Washington Mall and Reagan National Airport is also convenient. Please reference email send under separate cover for a few small maintenance items that could use attention. These did not have any effect on the quality of the accommodations. Thank you.

Summary: This one-bedroom apartment was clean and new in every respect, and everything worked well. The rental manager's instructions were detailed and clear (except that we could not locate the large trash and recycle bins that are to be placed on the street). For a single traveler, the space was generous. I would think that for three occupants the space would be tight. This is the sort of place that reminds the traveler how more comfortable and relaxing it is to stay in an apartment than in a hotel.

Summary: This was a great little apartment for our short stay. My son and I remarked on how clean it smelled when we walked in. Also, I had difficulty with the city getting a parking permit and the rental people were very helpful and communicated promptly with me. Thank you!
