Summary: My husband and I stayed a month here. It was a great experience. The townhome was everything we could have wanted. It was exceptionally clean and well appointed.The location was great - close to restaurants and the rec center. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are really nice.Brian is an awesome host! He was very friendly and really quick to respond.I would highly recommend staying here and can't wait to come back.

Summary: This rental is new to the market and my husband and I decided to take a chance. It is a great place, and quiet. It is CLEAN, spacious and comfortable with lots of lights and closets. The sky lights and teal color throughout the condo are so nice and soothing. Plenty of towels and supplies. Nice back yard and walking path right out the door. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen is well equipped. We liked the king bed (didn’t try the queen). The owner was quick to answer our questions. We had no issues with him or the condo. We hope this unit is available when we return to Green Valley to visit my brother again.

Summary: This property more than met my expectations and the host was super responsive. The house was conveniently located for visiting the area and was located in a nice neighborhood that was very quiet. The backyard was beautiful with a big shade tree and park like setting. The house was well equipped and the furniture was all very good quality and comfortable. Wonderful visit!
