Summary: Fri-Sun just wasn’t enough time to spend in this lovely little town in this most welcoming spot. Close to everything and yet everything you needed to feel right at home. I hope our ventures take us back to Summerville and Linwood Cottages.

Summary: The property was very nice and the house was so charming and so cute! We also loved that it was so close to the historic town. We enjoyed everything about the property, the house and had a very peaceful and relaxing stay. We loved everything about it and would definitely stay there again. It was great! The host and property manager were both very nice and kept in contact to make sure we had a great stay and time there. We also enjoyed looking at the book they have in the house that told you all about the property, the flowers on the property, and the history of houses. Very cool! We also did the walking tour to see all of the other historic places around which was also in the book they had left. It’s such a cute town and the property was amazing. It did not disappoint.

Summary: Very nice cottage in a great location - walking distance from many restaurants, and event locations. Property in a quiet location, surrounded by large trees. Owners very responsive to any questions we had during our two week stay.

Summary: This cottage is juat perfect for our family of 4. It was perfectly located and very close to downtown Summerville. Short drive to Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, Isle of Palms, and etc. The cottage had everything we needed and was a nice and peaceful place tonreat after visiting all tourist sites all day. The check-in and check-out process were a breeze and management was very helpful!

Summary: We stayed at the 1920 house, absolutely beautiful. Loved the history of the property. We were free to walk the grounds of the historic house. It was close to down town. I would definitely go back when I'm in town again. LOVED IT!
