Summary: House was nice and clean. Back porch and yard are lovely. Had all amenities that we needed. Lots of nice personal touches. Neighborhood is a little run down and seemed sketchy at first impression. We were a group of 5 women who had no problem and felt perfectly safe. Great value. Few Minutes drive From downtown Fairhope. I would recommend this house for a stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Summary: We enjoyed the spaciousness and comfort of this home. Just a few minutes from downtown. The house had all the things we needed for cooking and relaxing.

Summary: The home was lovely. Things were labeled efficiently and made it easy for us to find things. The remodeling looks good. We did have to take the two rugs up in the hall because they would not stay in place and we did not want anyone to trip over them. The back deck was very inviting and we hope you put a hand rail up at some point to finish it off. The neighborhood is a little run down (but saw a lot of work being done too) but it was one of the quietest neighborhoods we have ever been in! Overall a great experience! Thanks so much!

Summary: The property itself was very nice and well-kept! The owners were extra kind, hospitable and flexible with us. My only complaint would be the area around the property. The neighborhood and some of the houses around were a little dirty and unkept (trash left out by the street, etc). Overall, however, it was a very nice stay and we felt safe! They are in the middle of renovating the property, and I imagine it will be very nice when finished. We would stay there again.

Summary: We were in town for a wedding. The home is cozy on a dead end quiet street. It is not a fancy neighborhood but I wasn't expecting it to be. It's a quiet neighborhood of families within 5 minute drive to downtown Fairhope. If you want a homebase to enjoy all that Fairhope offers, to be able to drive to the beach for a day trip. This is an affordable, safe,clean and charming option.

Summary: The house was perfect for our family to stay in for a few days while in Fairhope. The kids loved the backyard, especially the swing. The neighborhood was a little run down but seemed to be relatively safe and was very quiet.
