Your Frogtown FarmHaus circa 1790 getaway with 2 foot stone walls in this amazing house, which has been in the family since 1923 with deeds tracing back to William Penn. It is secluded off Conestoga Ridge Scenic Byway with a beautiful view overlooking farmland, cows in the pasture, Cedar Run stream, pond, & Welsh Mountains, located between Churchtown & Blue Ball.
With 4 bedrooms, including 3 queen beds and 1 twin bed, there's plenty of space for you, including a reading room on the second floor. Master bedroom & one full bathroom are located on first floor. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub (upstairs has bathtub, too) shower, toilet, hair dryer, etc. House features all the essentials you need for a prefect stay with washing machine, dryer, WiFi, heating & central air conditioning.
There is plenty of space for you & your quests to relax, unwind, or start touring PA Dutch/Amish County & cooking. Close to Shady Maple Smorgasbord (largest in the country), market, gift shop, & Good’s Store.

Nestled in a serene location, this property offers a tranquil retreat for your vacation.

This is a working farm, you are welcome to observe, take pictures but the barn is off limits.
Outdoor games, books, puzzles, table games, etc. are available for you to use & enjoy.

Summary: This property was amazing. My adult children said it was the best one yet! I would've loved to stay just one more day to enjoy the home, cows, and back porch. Our host thought of every last detail to make our stay perfect. The welcome basket was an extra special touch. Travelling in our group were young 24+ adults, a 60 year old mom, & a 78 year old Grandma. It was wonderful reconnecting & simply having time together.

Summary: Our stay was perfect. The cows are very friendly and curious. Our granddaughter loved them so much she kept bringing her boots to us so we could visit the cows again. The farmhouse is stocked with fun games and books for all ages. We had great time together as a family. We will definitely be booking more visits.

Summary: Words cannot begin to express how much we enjoyed staying in this beautiful home! Though recently renovated, remnants of its past and modern amenities filled it with charm and warmth. The house was fully stocked, and on the counter sat a beautifully arranged basket filled with goodies from local merchants to welcome us! How amazed we see the cows and be able to pet them on this quietly working farm. The property is beautifully manicured and well kept. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck while relaxing and taking in views of the countryside and the mountains during the day; and sipped drinks at night enjoying a cool breeze and the moonlit sky. Conveniently located, travel to areas of interest was easy. Our host gave us many suggestions of places to visit. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it! This little vacation for three friends, was just what was needed and I hope to return again. To our host, from one nurse to another; again I thank you over and over again!
