Positive: The balcony was big enough for us to sit outside at night, a real plus. We also enjoyed the kitchen and bathrooms - very modern.
Negative: There were two of us, long time friends. It doesn’t show online that the two bedrooms are back to back. One had to walk through the bedroom of the other to access the rest of the apartment. It was ok for us, but could be a problem for others.
Summary: We loved the apartment and the location was extremely convenient.

Positive: It was a beautiful apartment. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out. And 2 full bathrooms! It was very walkable and easy to get to metro stations. We would definitely stay here again!

Positive: It was perfect. The flat had charm while providing everything we required. We were met by staff who showed us the amenities and offered to provide recommendations for local markets, shopping and restaurants. It's up 2 flights of stairs, but they were easy to manage. The area was close to the Eiffle Tower and central to other sites.

Negative: The showers were tiny and the Water pressure in the showers was weak. The dryer was extremely hot (dangerously so). We put our sneakers in it to dry after walking around in the rain all day and it melted the sneakers requiring us to get a new pair each.

Negative: Two floors of stairs to get to the apartment - but we knew that before we came and, after all, it is Paris!

Positive: The location was top notch, close to anything by metro but not crazy busy like other areas we visited. It had all the historic charm and character with updated fixtures, brand new windows and doors and security. Two full showers and toilets was amazing.
Negative: The bedrooms are tandem, so you can only get up to pee by going through someone’s room.
Summary: It was a wonderful stay and the hosts were absolutely delightful.
