The Chateau Latour is one of Paris Perfectโ€™s most popular Paris apartments with its spectacular views of Paris. From your extra wide balcony, you will see the Sacrรฉ Coeur in the far distance and the iconic Eiffel Tower that is just a few steps away from your door.
THE APARTMENT
The breath-taking views can be enjoyed from the living room and master bedroom, so you can wake up to magical views of the Eiffel Tower and Paris streets every morning! Fully remodeled and furnished with antiques in a sophisticated, classical style and, this sunny and spacious apartment is the perfect home away from home for your time in Paris. The large open plan living area features a designer sofa that converts into a two extremely comfortable twin beds. The light-filled master bedroom is en suite, and the second bedroom features two twin beds and amazing views. Central air conditioning throughout the apartment. Please note, in order to comply with building noise regulations the air conditioning must be switched off daily between 10pm and 8am.

Summary: I was supposed to visit Paris in 2020. Oh, well, we made it in 2024. Perfect place in a perfect neighborhood. Enough idiosyncrasies to keep it entertaining. Great view of the Eifel Tower. Champagne chilled less than a block away, in fact pretty much anything you have to have within a block or two. We did almost 20,000 steps one day, but that got us from our apartment to Notre Dam and back, plus some more.

Summary: This location, the apartment, the rooms, everything was just perfect. It was situated in an area that was safe, clean and just offered the most breathtaking views of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. I brought my 8 & 10 year olds to see Aris and my family and they both loved their room and the view of the Eiffel towel from their beds! It was a very special place to stay and I was so thankful for all the amenities they offered here. Absolutely recommend it and I'm severely particular!

Summary: This place was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. I was traveling with Mom and my 10 year old, it was a perfect place for them to come home early and still feel on vacation, while my husband and I stayed out. Morning Coffee and croissants in the terrace in was a dream. Surrounded by great boulangeries and cafes. We had an early arrival and had to leave the bags in storage at the office and return for check-in, I was nervous about this, but it worked wonderful and the office is just steps away from the apartmentโ€ฆ the whole process was seamless and wonderful. The building had an issue with the pipes and the staff was very attentive and nice about my concernโ€ฆ the issue was fixed within a day! Paris was in protests because of the reform, and some areas had garbage and road closures. But this are was absolutely clean and peaceful. Perfect vacation for all of us! The stay was worth every penny.

Summary: Besides the stellar view of the Eiffel Tower, the location was just perfect. The neighborhood was charming and had great restaurants and plenty of market shopping. Using their recommended taxi service made arriving and departing a breeze. We had such a lovely time!

Summary: Stayed here with my family of 5. This apartment is wonderfully appointed, located in a great neighborhood and a perfect base for exploring Paris. But its view of the Eiffel Tower is what really puts it in a class by itself. To see the tower at various points during the day in different lights (sunrise, midday and sunset) and then illuminated at night made for a special, once-in-a-lifetime experience. I highly recommend.

Summary: Very clean and modern. Well equipped kitchen and baths. Comfortable beds. Everything you could need (Metro station included) is within a 1-2 block walk. Neighborhood is quiet at night. Paris Perfect does an excellent job! We will be renting this apartment again when we return.

Summary: We had such a lovely time. The view is really only something that can be experienced. The biggest issue is just that we now have to stay here every time we visit! Paris perfect was super helpful the entire time. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Summary: This was our second time staying at the beautiful Chateau Latour apartment. A wonderful time watching the fireworks from the balcony on New Year's Eve! We will never stay in a hotel again when visiting Paris. Thank you everyone from Paris Perfect for a great holiday
