Summary: Needed a place to stay on our way back to Kansas. Although I like secluded places, this place felt like home. For a smaller square foot house, this place felt bigger than it was. My kids loved the upstairs and gaming area and were grateful for the beds. House stayed cooled and comfortable.

Summary: This is an adorable house! Super cozy but with all of the things a family would need for a comfortable stay. The host was impressively fast at answering messages, even when I had a question before I booked. She is probably one of the most responsive hosts I’ve encountered! We had 4 people in our group, and we were very pleased with the stay. However, if I travel with more than 5-6, I don’t think we’d be comfortable, in spite of the home technically sleeping more than that. This is super typical of short term rentals, though, and not a criticism, just a tip for others. Also, if I had toddlers, I would have been very worried about the open stairs and probably would have felt like I needed to move furniture or something to block them off from little ones. So for that reason, I think this house is best suited for kids at least school age and up. One more thing that’s not a criticism, just a suggestion: the kitchen needs a toaster and a sponge/scrub brush for dishwashing.

Summary: The house is uniquely designed. The decor was cute and cozy. House was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for our team to relax near Union City. I was able to message the owner for something I had left behind and got a quick response. Recommend 100%.

Summary: This property was roomier than expected. Everything was clean and fresh. Furnishings were comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Union City area. The host was prompt and helpful when contacted.
