Sunset House is the perfect house for you, your family & friends to enjoy your deserved Santa Fe vacation.
It is a traditional adobe Santa Fe style with charming vigas throughout. It was recently renovated with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The master suite has a king-sized bed with large entry / study room. The guest suite has 2 twin beds and a sofa bed. The junior bedroom has 2 twin beds. All the bedrooms are equipped with HD flat screen TVs and AC.
There are three living spaces for entertaining and relaxing; and also 3 different outdoor spaces to enjoy the turquoise skies of Santa Fe.
Solid adobe construction, traditional details and a quaint and quiet neighborhood are everything that you are looking for to enjoy your vacation and create new memories with family & friends with fun, elegance and comfort!
Location - unbeatable:
You also are going to love the location. It is an easy walk to the plaza (shops and restaurants) and Canyon Road (galleries galore). The plaza is 5-6 blocks and Canyon Road is 7 blocks away. It is also on the road to Santa Fe's best spa, 10,000 Waves (4 minute drive). The 'waves' is a world class Japanese style spa with hot tubs, excellent massages and lots of other treatments.
We live in the same neighborhood and really love it. Quiet, convenient and safe. We would not live anywhere else.

Summary: This lovely home in a quiet neighborhood was everything we could have hoped for. It exceeded our expectations for our 3 nights stay for my son's Spring wedding in Santa Fe. Grandparents, parents, and adult children all had an enjoyable and comfortable stay in the clean spacious home and cozy outdoor patio.The bed linens and towels are nice quality and the furniture is very comfortable.There are steps leading up to the home's entry, but they were easily manageable for my 83 year old parents.I would not hesitate to stay here again. The Host is kind and responsive. Thank You!!

Summary: Sandra was a wonderful host. She provided us with lots of information on Santa Fe activities and restaurants. The house has a great location within walking distance of The Plaza, shopping and restaurants. We had a couple of small issues and Sandra was extremely responsive and helpful. The house is very unique and was very comfortable for the three couples in our party. Would highly recommend this house and host.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! HOST was super easy to communicate with and very responsive. Location is perfect for exploring not only downtown but northern New Mexico. I stayed there with some friends and my daughters and we had plenty of room. Very tasteful decor and has that great Santa Fe vibe!
