Our home has a private beach at the end of our block in the community of bellport beach estates. Home is located on a private lovely 1 acre wooded country lot with a very large outdoor deck. House is very clean and charming. Total renovation! This home offers a paradise retreat!

Summary: The property was beautiful. Multi level decking surrounded by forest like setting with gorgeous rhododendrons all over. Beach access for layed back days. House was a comphy cottage with all the comforts of home. Great location for trips out east to South Fork and North Fork visits. We loved it!

Summary: We loved our little escape to Bellport, and Beth was so helpful with suggestions of local beaches and activities. Our children really appreciated the toys left in the house. While the home is becoming worn in some places, overall it is in good shape and very comfortable. We spent most of our time exploring the surrounding area rather than in the house. On our visit, the private beach was not in great shape but it was immediately after hurricane Ida. The immediate neighborhood is very quiet, and access to Bellport and Patchogue is quick and easy. I would definitely return to this property.

Summary: We had a great time here. It’s nice and accessible to the town and it’s easy to get to fire island ferries. The outdoor space is great and so is the little private beach.

Summary: A beautiful house in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. It had everything we needed and then some. Beth couldn't have been more helpful with any needs or recommendations. We would happily rent this property again.

Summary: Beth is wonderful. She is very easy to communicate with and always available. We went with our two dogs and 3 daughters. During our stay I asked Beth several questions regarding beaches, restaurants, places to go etc. She always responded promptly and gave us good advise. She even offered us her bikes. The house was comfortable and clean. We drove to Patchogue marina and took a ferry to Davis Park. Fire Island is very nice, but a little bit crowded. Unfortunately many people were drinking beer and even some drunk at the beach. We also went to Smith point beach. Quiet and a nice beech. If you walk away to the west you can go with the dogs. You can drive there. The best: Mountauk. It is a beautiful place. Wild and wonderful sunset.

Summary: The open layout of the house was great for our three generations of family. The owner was very kind to obtain a Pack and Play bed from our grandson. We were lucky that our daughter had a house in Bellport where she had resident access to the 15-minute ferry to Fire Island. Spectacular beach!
