- Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited.
- During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are required to access this Unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snow storm.
- THIS UNIT HAS A STRICT NO PET POLICY, however, HOA regulations require the following disclosure statement: All dogs must be on a leash at all times and owners must pick up feces immediately and dispose of them in an appropriate trash container or dumpster. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS UNIT.

It features all the essentials, including stainless steel appliances to prepare everything from full-course meals to quick on-the-go snacks. For a change of pace, try grilling some burgers on the deck. A stackable washer/dryer (detergent pods are provided) will take care of any laundry needs while here. Your vacation home features high-speed internet too, as well as access to ESPN, Disney+, and a kid-friendly Netflix account.
The Tramway Market is a very short drive away and is open every day for your essential food, beverage, and firewood needs. The Tahoe Treetop Escape is located a few miles from South Lake Tahoe and all the activities the area offers. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
