Most convinient ski condo you'll ever stay in at Heavenly Ski Resort. Come in for lunch or a cup of hot chocolate. This Condo is closer to the lift than the lodge is. The building has an elevator for even easier access. Currently under modernization and is in-operable. Scheduled completion by August 2025. Park your car in the covered carport and never pack gear or deal with parking again.
This Condo offers a fully equiped kitchen, a cozy living room, WiFi, LCD Flat screen TV with built in DVD player, cable access, dining area. The two bedrooms are up 10 steps from living area. The Master has a king bed and a tub in the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 2nd bathroom is in the hall (shower stall only). In unit Washer and Dryer makes life a lot simpler.
Play with your small children on the enclosed above street level party deck in safety.
Located on Nevada side of the ski resort. Beautiful views of the Carson Valley.

Summary: We stayed for a month in the beautiful breathtaking location. The place had absolutly everything a family may need, from kitchen accessories to bathrooms, and entertainment. The communication with the Karmine was good, he answered even to a very late calls. We stayed in July, so it was a little too hot without an AC, but manageable. Unfortunately the entire neighborhood had electricity shutdowns, that took more than a day to fix.

Summary: Great condo! Plenty of room! The location was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of spices. Lots of dishes and pots and pans. It was ideal for making meals. The condo had many extras to make the stay feel like home. We will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Summary: Alas no snow for our ski in ski out. The location is so great, we drove easily to several ski resorts. Karmine was so helpful otherwise. Gave me loads of info. Very accurate description. Quick to respond. This was one of the best stocked homes I have ever rented. Everything you need is here: oil, spices, foil, dishwashing soap, laundry soap. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We were there over Christmas and they even had holiday mugs, cups, towels. Perfect for families with a bunch of movies and games. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

Summary: This is a great condo right at the base of stagecoach lift. Unfortunately the elevator was not working while we were there, however it wasn’t too bad as there were only about 2 1/2 flights of stairs to the condo. The cleaning crew had missed a sticky mess in the kitchen, so I did have to clean that up when we arrived. Aside from that it was a wonderful stay we had plenty of snow and Karmine was easy to get in touch with and responsive to my questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Super, super convenient. Plenty of room. REALLY liked the proximity to the ski lift and to ski rental. Great local restaurant a short drive away. The condo is full of games, a complete kitchen and a nice large TV.

Summary: This condo has an amazing location. If you plan on skiing on the Nevada side, this is literally a one to two minute walk from the building to the lift (depends on how fast or slow you can walk in ski boots!). The condo itself is spacious enough for a large family. We were a party of 4, and there was more than enough space. The kitchen is really well equipped with updated appliances, and I especially loved how well the dishwasher worked! The owner is extremely responsive via email and phone, and assisted us as best as he could with a situation that was outside of his control. The unit does not have wifi, but we were able to hotspot using our phones with no problems.

Summary: This property was great. Not only did we book last minute, but on a holiday weekend as well. This location was great for everything we wanted to do. We were there for Labor Day weekend. Since it is located in the vicinity of a Heavenly lift, it would be great for a winter vacation. Everything was clean and just as the owner described. I would stay there again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Summary: Best location for Nv side. Ten am check out is a tad early along with having to start a load of towels in the washer and dishes in the dishwasher before you go. Owner was responsive
