Summary: This tiny, perfectly located property has everything you need. I would suggest packing light since the bedroom is too small to leave a suitcase open. It is super clean, bright and sunny!!

Summary: Lovely, cozy , immaculate cottage equipped with everything necessary and just a two-minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Jason is a wonderful host and replied immediately to my inquiries which was much appreciated . This was our first visit to Pine Point Beach, and we look forward to visiting again!

Summary: Thank you for the perfect place to have a small and impromptu wedding. We were originally going to get married on the beach but it rained the entire day! The place was beautiful and cozy.

Summary: This was our second time staying at "The Moorings". Super squeaky clean, and well curated decor in every room. Cozy and intimate. Bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, everything seemed brand new. We love the short walk to the beach and local seafood restaurants. We were lucky to have sunrise and low tide coincide to enjoy an early morning walk to the exposed point. We'll be back!
