Summary: The location is fabulous – just a short walk to a nice, clean beach. The marsh views and back yard are wonderful, as described in the listing. The cottage itself was more challenging for our group size and family structure, which consists of 6 adults and 3 children including a toddler. The dining table had room for 6 people (not 8), so we couldn't all sit together for meals. Although the upstairs bedrooms accommodated 6 people plus the toddler in a folding crib, 2 people had to sleep downstairs. Sleeping options on first floor were a fold-out couch (twin size) in the living room and a futon in the sunroom. Neither of those two rooms have window curtains; thus, no privacy or protection from bright morning light. A final challenge for our particular group was that the doors, stairway and general indoor area were not possible to "baby proof." Overall, a great choice for a smaller group and those without young children.

Summary: We loved our stay. Host was available and very helpful, even left a delicious basket of goodies for us. Kitchen had everything we needed. Easy little walk to the beach. There's no air conditioning, but we didn't need it at all during our stay. Charming beach house. I'd definitely go back.

Summary: My party adored our stay. Everything we needed was present in the kitchen. There was plenty of seating in the dining and living rooms. The bathrooms were ultra modern. The rear patio/seating areas were exceptional—comfortable and focusing on the lovely views. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: The house had everything we needed. The management team were very proactive and provided great instructions. In addition to being a great location and house for our family- it was easy to get to local attractions too be it downtown Portland, Kennebunkport, or the costal botanical gardens.

Summary: Our stay at the Pine Point Cottage was to die for! Somehow even cuter in person than in the pictures, this cottage met and exceeded all of our needs! Stephanie was such a great host and even texted to see if i needed recommendations in the area. The view from the back deck is unbeatable and offered a lot of wildlife viewing opportunites. The location is perfect, close to the beach and you can walk to restaurants. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Summary: We were in Maine for a family wedding. This house was perfect for our immediate family! Cozy & clean, gorgeous view in back yard and short walk to ocean. Host were great at communications and everything was just as pictured in listing - would love to rent again if the need arises!

Summary: We had a great time staying at this cute little cottage in Pine Point. It was comfortable and well managed. I did message the owner about some mildew around the washer and at the bottom of the shower curtain and didnt hear back, so I was a little disappointed in that. I'd expect a little better communication considering we paid a premium for this place during the week of July 4th.
