Summary: The room and bathroom were beautiful, and the location was perfect. However, you can hear everything the other guests are doing. Wasn’t a huge issue, just a heads up for those looking for a quiet stay. Again the property is beautiful and the location is perfect.

Summary: Overall we were very happy with our room. The room was very spacious and the property was very clean. Appreciate that no fragrances were used as I am allergic to them. I do wish the initial description of the property would include more details. For instance, our room was upstairs, but that was not indicated anywhere. Also from the photos, I thought the room had the kitchen, living and dining areas with it, but those were community areas downstairs. Still we never saw anyone there and we were able to make coffee, use a refrigerator, get ice and use the microwave. So very accommodating. They have very high ceilings so noise does echo. People should be considerate when opening and closing the front door and coming up and down the stairs because it can be very loud. However, we did not hear any sounds from the other rooms so there really wasn’t much of a noise issue . There was no way to ask questions of the property manager until you made your reservations. Afterwards, there was lots of communication with the property manager. Overall, a very charming place, but just trying to point out some of the things that might could’ve been done a little better. We would stay here again and we do recommend it as long as you understand the place you’re staying at.

Summary: We visit the Apalachicola area a couple times a year, and this has been far our best VRBO rental. Came home a rented it again for the 4th of July weekend!! Can't wait!!

Summary: Love the bathroom! Husband was impressed with the vanity. Bed was very comfortable. Stairs are included with this one. Apalachicola is our most favorite place to stay!

Summary: The property was as advertised. Very clean and remodeled. Loved the old home feel. House has history. Only thing I found odd was there was not a hair dryer to be found. Had shampoo, conditioner and soap but no hair dryer. All else was simply fantastic.

Summary: We needed an extra night's accommodation at the end of our vacation because of my error on the dates. This was the perfect spot! The room was well-appointed and comfortable. The shower was fantastic! ;-) It was convenient to all the sights of Apalachicola and for dinner at a lovely seaside restaurant in Port St. Joe. We look forward to returning and spending more time here.
