Beautiful newer executive home is located in near downtown, less than 1/2 block from the lake, with park, beach and tennis courts 2 minutes from the front door. in the most desirable area (south Pandosy) within minutes of shopping and restaurants, all within walking distance. Close to downtown. This newer house has 5 bedrooms, with 4 queen size and one king size bed, 2 full bathrooms and 2 powder rooms. it comfortably sleeps 10 to 12. It has spectacular lake views from the front porch, master bedroom and third floor balcony. The master bedroom features a large walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, as well as a private deck that looks out onto the lake. There are many hiking trails in the area so you can enjoy the many activities of Kelowna. With many wineries and golf course within minutes of the house you will want to take advantage of all this location offers.
Downtown is only a 5 minute drive (or cab ride) or you can cycle (bike rentals available in the area) in less than 10 minutes or walk in approx. 20 to 30 minutes.

Summary: We stayed four nights with eight men and the house had plenty of room. We did have to bring two comforters and a mattress. There are 2.5 bathrooms with a water closet on the third floor, where there are two bedrooms and a common area with a day bed and a futon bed. It is importantly to know that there is not a bathroom on the main floor for those challenged with stairs. Glenn is a gracious and accommodating host who lives on site in a separate suite. The location of the house is great with water access and tennis courts half a block away. We would stay there again given the chance.

Summary: House was spacious and lots of room for our group of 9 Beds were comfy and great location to downtown and the water House needs a good deep clean. Had to wash most of the dishes as we took them out of the cupboards to use for the first time Had to clean the floors and buy our own cleaning products upon arrival Host was great and easy to work with

Summary: We were a group of 10 adults in town for a reunion. The pros: Great location, easy access to the lake Space in general is great for 10 adults. Beds are comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. The cons: House needs to be updated Floors were quite dirty. Blinds were layered in dust. The owner is on site but that wasn't an issue for us although one of his acquaintances did enter the house while we were there. He left as soon as confronted but it is strange that we couldn't lock the back door though the owner could from his side. Kitchen is not really well stocked. A lot of the items were old, dirty and need to be replaced. Fridge leaked and the wine cooler did not work. Unfortunately we won't be back to this house as there to many cons for the price you pay. Especially concerning that people have access to the house when you're not there.
