Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the house this year. We had rented the same house for 7-8y but it wasn't renting this year. I love the quiet neighborhood and the shady backyard and porch for hanging out. The kitchen was well equipped and the grill was nice. Alex was very easy to communicate with.

Summary: House is exactly as described, super clean. Quiet neighborhood but only 2 min car ride to beach and 10 min from Hyannis center. Alex was super easy to get a hold of to answer my questions.

Summary: We had a great time at Alex's house. The location is awesome and the house itself is very nice with plenty of space. It has a great deck where we chilled with your friends and grilled fresh fish from the local fish market. Alex is is a very responsive host.
