Come escape on the Cape to Osterville - quaint Cape Town less than 20 miles over the bridges. This ranch style home sleeps up to 8. Great for wedding weekends, family vacations, or weekend vacations for all seasons. Local beaches include Dowes Beach and Joshua Pond (both Osterville village is centrally located in Mid-Cape and from the house the village center is a short walk (0.5 mi) or there’s local street parking. Fancy’s Market in Osterville (1/2 mi from the house) is a local gem — a full-service grocery, deli, and warm-prepared-food spot that’s perfect for guests wanting to whip up meals or grab a quick bite. For vacation needs there’s local grocery (stop and shop) and more expansive shopping centers (Cape Cod Mall, Mashpee Commons) all within a 10 -20 minute drive.
Osterville offers a well-rounded dining experience—from artisanal flatbreads, classic seafood, and upscale bistro fare, to cozy cafés, dessert spots, and lively bars. Nearby Cotuit and Hyannis expand your options with Italian, sushi, and oyster specialties.

This unique ranch style home is very comfortable with over 1500 square feet. Three bedrooms are privately tucked away from the main living areas. One king bed, one queen and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Additionally we offer (2) roll out cots. There are two full baths and the house is cooled by central air. There are two living areas equipped with Smart TV and high speed internet to satisfy the whole vacation party.
The backyard is beautifully landscaped with natural barriers for extra privacy. Guests can rinse off with the outdoor shower or relax on the back deck for some grilling in the private backyard. We’ve accommodated the place with all the comforts of home. We are happy to accommodate any additional requests ( within reason) to make your stay more enjoyable.
Osterville is easily accessible only ~20 miles over the Bourne or Sagamore bridges or fly by CapeAir into Barnstable airport (6 miles from the house). Guests will enjoy their own private smart key access to the home.

Summary: Quaint village away from tourest traps but a very quick ride to the busier towns. Great restaurants, stores and icecream near by. Beaches right around corner. House was suoer clean, best hosts ive ever had. A great stay all around.

Summary: This is our second summer renting here! The owners are impressively responsive and very hospitable. The property is spotless, very clean and updated, and accommodating. A perfect location that is very close to all Osterville areas/sites. We highly recommend this home! 5 out of 5 stars!

Summary: The trip was delightful and our VRBO met our needs and expectations. We were comfortable and slept in peace, the sheets were very high thread count, spa like really. The appliances were brand new, the tech was up to date and met our needs. The rinse off after a beech day was awesome. The location was perfects for family gatherings at other VRBO’s and the village watering holes.

Summary: The house was exactly as advertised: extra clean, perfectly decorated and well stocked. Linens and towels were provided which is a major plus having had to pack my own in the past. Landlord was easy to reach and attentive. Had an issue with an appliance and a repair tech was out the next day. We had terrible weather this year and it was not a hardship to hang out in the house. It was convenient to beaches as advertised as well as close to Hyannis where we like the downtown. Will be adding grandchildren to next years' trip, so it may be a bit snug for us with 6 adults and new babies, otherwise, I would gladly stay here again.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at the Cape staying at this home. It was located in a great neighborhood (my husband and I would go for walk in a couple of times). Enough room for our family with two living areas. Everything you needed for the beach was there. Good jumping off point to visit other towns on the Cape. Denis was very responsive with any questions we had.

Summary: The house is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood on mid-cape making it easy to get to many attractions. The house is very clean and organized, and seems recently renovated. The house has plenty of amenities, especially the outdoor furniture, the new grill and outdoor shower make it a very relaxed stay to enjoy the summer. It's also very nice that the host provides a beach pass for several local beaches, and our favorite is Dowses beach, which is a resident-only beach and was not crowded. The host, Denise, is very responsive and organized, providing lots of info about the house and the area; easy self check-in and check-out. Overall, we were glad that we chose this house for our vacation on the cape.

Summary: The hosts provided the highest level of responsiveness and attention to detail prior to our arrival and during our stay.
