Beautiful charming flat, very romantic, ancient residence of the owner's great-grandfather, Notary of Montepulciano. Recently wholly renovated, very quiet, in a very beautiful location: in the historic center of the town, but overlooking the city walls in a dominant position.
Two delightful, romantic bedrooms tastefully decorated, smartly furnished, both with hardwood floors, beautiful frescoed '800 ceilings, and a magnificent view to 180° over the entire Valdichiana and Trasimeno Lake.
Very bright living room with exposed wooden beams, electric skylight and tiled floors.
Full kitchen with electric oven and microwave.
Washing machine.
Bathroom with shower/hydromassage.
LCD TV. Air conditioned. Heating system. Internet WiFi
Sleeps 4 (1 double + 2 single attachable) +2 (2 sofa-bed). Enjoyed all year round.
NOTE: The house and the street below, for their highly scenographic characteristics , was used for shooting some scenes of the movie "NEW MOON" (sequel to "TWILIGHT") and, more recently, for shooting the TV-movie "MEDICI: MASTERS OF FLORENCE" with Dustin Hoffman and Richard Madden (almost entirely shot in Montepulciano and Pienza)
NOTE - Information about COVID-19: No Covid-19 positive guest has ever stayed in our apartment, and no cases of Covid-19 in the entire neighborhood.
As a further guarantee for our guests, the apartment has undergone sanitation treatment in compliance with the Health Ministry indication.
It has also been equipped with a small supply of protective masks and disinfectant gel.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was conveniently located for parking and taking your luggage. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. It was very clean and was a great weekend. Our stay was short but we enjoyed it very much. Would recommend staying here.

Summary: We stayed here for 8 days. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped (washing machine a big plus). Location ideal for Montepulciano. Parking can cost approximately 20 euros per day and it was always a challenge to find parking in the P1 lot. Then a short walk uphill to apartment and the another 2.5 stories of steps to the apartment. Grocery is close by (5-10 minute walk). Host was always very resonsive and a delight to deal with. Overall a very good stay.

Summary: We loved the location of this beautiful apartment right in the heart of Montepulciano with restaurants, bakeries and shops just steps away. The view from the bedroom windows is amazing. Fernanda was in communication and suggested wonderful restaurants.

Summary: Great location inside the walls of Montelpuciano. Town was uphill from the apartment. Fernanda was very quick to reply on What's App and had a great bottle of wine waiting for us. The closest parking lot was always full during the day but was still able to park in the free white parking spots as long as we came back after 4:30ish.

Summary: I love staying at this property! Everything I needed was right there and easily accessible. Plenty to do right in the town itself, and all sorts of other activities outside the historic city itself. The host was wonderful and quick to respond if I had a question. I hope to come back soon!

Summary: Everything was perfect with our stay in the beautiful, immaculate home of Fernanda!! We were soo happy when we arrived and walked in to the most beautifully decorated apartment in the most perfect location!!! We couldn’t believe how absolutely perfect everything was for our entire stay of 10 days!! We had everything we needed and Fernanda was always there if we needed to ask any questions!! Summary: We were given clear directions to find the apartment and we were met at the door. The apartment did not disappoint. It was clean, had everything we needed to be comfortable. The location was perfect, 1/2 a block from the main road. We so enjoyed our stay and plan to return!
