This is a spacious, 2200 sq ft, classic PRAIRIE STYLE home just west of the Benson Neighborhood. This turn-of-the-century home offers five bedrooms and two full baths, a fully furnished kitchen, separate dining room, and large living room. There are four good-size bedrooms upstairs, and one large bedroom on the main floor with private entrance. There is also a full bathroom on each floor. This home comfortably accommodates 8 to 10 guests.
Our home is 5 miles from downtown Omaha, the Century Link Center and Ameritrade Park – or about 10-15 minutes drive time, and only a 5 minute drive from the Westroads (CWS shuttle), and Borsheims at the Regency Shopping Center. We are centrally located, less than 5 minutes to 72nd and Dodge Street, and the Nebraska Furniture Mart with easy access to shopping and great restaurants.
The back yard is over ½ acre with a 600 sq ft deck and grill, and lots of room to relax under our Ginormous 100 year old Catalpa Tree! Summers are great here!
This 100+ year old home is remarkably well-preserved with lots of its original character and beauty, but also has all modern conveniences. Original Oak and Tigers Eye Maple wood floors, 9 ft ceilings with original plaster cove, and numerous antique pieces are only part of the charm. We love our well-cared for home and know that you will too.

Summary: My sister graduated from Creighton and this was the perfect place to celebrate. The house is very clean, has plenty of beds and bedrooms, and an amazing outdoor patio area. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: My 3 old friends and I get together about once a year and try to get a house to stay in. Because of various issues, it is important we get a house with at least 4 bed rooms. This house we rented in Omaha met all our needs. There was more than ample room for us. While it advertises 4 bedrooms, it actually has 5 and a total of 6 beds. The house was very comfortable with a nice back yard and a large deck with a fire pit. It was great sitting out there in the evening with a few drinks and good conversation. Inside the house was clean and well equipped for all cooking needs. A good restaurant is close by within walking distance (1/4 mile) and a good breakfast place was a little farther (1/2 mile). The owner was very accommodating, spending almost a 1/2 hour with us going over the house and the location of things. She made sure we would enjoy the house. The bedrooms were quiet and comfortable, and the two baths were clean and modern. The only drawback was the location. It is on a busy street about 8 miles from downtown Omaha. A car will be needed to get around Omaha. There is a good sized driveway at the house that is easy to get in and out. Overall we had a very good experience and would use the house again the next time we come to Omaha.

Summary: We were in town for the Berkshire AGM and the location was great. Beautiful house. Very clean accommodations that made us feel right at home. Was great to meet the owner at arrival to show us around and get tips for our stay. Owner checked up on us with an email to offer tips and to make sure everything was to our standard. Would stay again.

Summary: We stayed 2 nights with a group of 5 ladies. We spent the weekend visiting and catching up, and this house was perfect for that. There is a large deck and yard for a bonfire. The kitchen had abundant cooking utensils and pantry items. There is a large dining room table for visiting and game playing. We really appreciated the comfortable bedrooms and generous, high quality linens that were provided. We had everything we needed. Theresa, the owner, is a lovely person and was very accommodating upon our arrival. Would stay here again.

Summary: My family, which included six adults and one toddler, stayed at the house for four nights and enjoyed every minute! The home is extremely well-kept and cozy. We had a chance to cook, grill, have a bonfire and chase a very active three year old around the yard. When we wanted to go out, we were a 10-20 minute drive from everything in Omaha. Plus, the owner was super attentive to any questions or concerns we had. We highly recommend staying here and hope we have a chance to again.
