Summary: Location is great, but check-in have to call locate number is not convenient for travelers from overseas. If there is data call or communication apps available is much better.

Summary: We stayed at this condo property during our time in Richmond. Condo was very clean and well organized. It had all the necessary ammenities. The covered parking was extremely useful for us since we had a rental car. The host Mr. Chen was very responsive and answered any questions. Overall, it was an excellent stay and would definitely come again.

Summary: This place is super close to the subway and a but stop, so the transportation is very convenient for travelers without a car. There is a shopping mall near the place and many restaurants within walking distance. The unit is new and clean, and have in-unit laundry and dishwasher. Overall a very nice place!

Summary: The room was exactly as they listed so was very happy with the amenities. Staff was helpful on day 1 when we needed some and they were very quick to assist. Would love to book again!

Summary: Amazing host. He provided us with a bunch of recommendations prior to our arrival for our stay and answered all of the questions I had. He was also very prompt to help whenever I messaged his Communication was very proactive, friendly, and helpful from the beginning on and the check in was very easy. Location felt centralized for Richmond and the condo its very clean and well equipped Highly recommend!
