Positive: Everything! But especially the bathroom. Such a nice inviting tub! I am not a tub person but it was irresistible! Heated floor and they even provide bath salts. Also very nice soap, lotion, shampoo, and rinse. And a Dyson hair dryer! Very soft towels. The beds are comfy, the Italian coffee machine made nice coffee, and also a cafere of distilled water. Immaculate and very thoughtfully appointed. Very good quality, highly recommend!
Negative: The location is perfect if you want to be near the airport. It's not close to much else and not terribly scenic, but Uber available and some walkable mass transit options for e.g. Granville Island and Steveson fishing village. To be fair, this is a luxury airport hotel and they exceeded my expectations in every way.
Summary: Excellent luxury boutique hotel with the best bathrooms ever!

Positive: Very helpful guy saved me a lot of money when I needed to get my laundry done! Airport shuttle worked great.
Negative: Didn't have a car, and the hotel was not much fun to walk to - but that's more a city problem. Convenient for public transport.
