Well located penthouse with Wifi, in Calle Sant Gervasi, 10 minutes (5 stops) from/to Plaza Cataluña by Metro with Line 7. Buses, Metro, Taxi, everything a few meters away. Large sunny terrace. Ideally located in quiet and lively neighborhood with all kinds of shops. Decoration design. Totally renovated. All the facilities. Equipped kitchen, Room with designer bathroom en suite. Air conditioner in Living room. Washing machine. Nespresso coffee machine, Central heating, TV in both spaces, terrace furniture, relaxed atmosphere, lots of light, privacy.
The neighborhood is very safe, has everything, is very well connected, has parks and very good options for eating out , also plenty of supermarkets and delicatessen shops, although the apartment has no private car parking but you can still park for free somewhere near the street as long as it is not painted in green or blue, it is not noisy as right in the middle of the center and it is more pleasant to live, in 10/15 minutes you are on the Ramblas and if you want a bit of peace among so many people and tourists when you get home is the ideal place.

Summary: My husband and I lived in apartments in August-September 2018.We loved it! The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need, clean, 2 beautiful terraces, hot water, Internet, Elevator, washing machine, dishwasher - everything works without interruption. Very comfortable bed. Quiet area and a supermarket with a rich assortment right in front of the house. Thank you very much Christine, next time we will live here

Summary: I had an absolutely wonderful five week stay in this beautiful "Sobre Atico" apartment in the Sant Gervasi neighborhood of Barcelona! The apartment is full of light, thoughtfully laid out, and spotless. The owner, Cristina, is kind, friendly and always helpful and available. The apartment is at the top of the building, so it is quite quiet. There are two terraces--front and back--where you can have your coffee or a candle-lit meal. The layout of the apartment is great for two people or two people and a child, with spaces to socialize or be alone. The kitchen is beautifully designed and has everything you need. This apartment is simply a lovely and comfortable place to come back to after a day of sight-seeing. I also loved the neighborhood of Sant Gervasi. It is quieter and more residential than other parts of Barcelona, yet extremely convenient to metro and bus lines that take you everywhere around the city. In addition, everything you need is literally right out your door--from a bakery to a well-stocked grocery store to a "dollar store" to clothing and shoe stores...and of course, restaurants and tapas bars! There is also a lovely "placa" where you can have "a coffee" and people watch. Sant Gervasi also has two must-see tourist spots: the funicular to the top of Tibidabo (amusement park, gorgeous church, amazing views) and the Gaudi-designed Torres Bellesguard. There is even the top-rated and delicious (we ate there our last night) "Restaurant La Bonanova" two doors down. I highly recommend this apartment, the location, and our host, Cristina!
