Positive: The location is excellent, comfortable beds, close to shops, the metro, and bus stations.
Negative: The apartment should be repainted, more kitchenware is needed, as well as more cleaning cloths and toilet paper. The device for entering the code to unlock the apartment door doesn't work properly; you need to enter the code 3-4 times to unlock it, and sometimes even more. Also, when you arrive, the apartment is very cold and it takes the whole day to warm up, so if you're coming during the winter months, expect to sit in jackets and cover yourself with extra blankets, which you'll need to take from other beds if you're not using them, as there are no spare blankets. It doesn't look as nice and spacious in person as it does in the pictures.

Positive: I travelled with my husband and 6 children. It was hard to chose apartment to stay in Barcelona, I dropped so many after reading reviews, in the end went for this one. After checking in online we received all codes and info how to get in the apartment (downstairs door works with a swipe of your finger on your phone for the first time, then you get your keys in the apartment. Apartment door has a keypad to enter a code.), there was no problem with any of that. We received a short video showing how to find apartment and how to get in, that helped a lot. Never met any staff, but they were helpful whenever I had any questions before getting to apartment. Apartment itself exceeded our expectations. Most reviews everywhere else says the other apartments look great in pictures but in fact are run down, needs update etc. Not this one. I think it looked better than in pictures, more cosy. We were impressed. There was complimentary shower gel/shampoo and soap for everyone, plenty of hot water for showers, we never run out of, 2 bin bags, sponge, dishwashing liquid in the kitchen, plenty of pots, pans, plates etc., toasters, kettle, coffee machine for capsules, AC, radiators (so I assume heating in colder months). NO bugs. There was some kinda bar or Caffè on the street under living room and main bedroom's windows, but it wasn't too loud, it winded down around 10-11pm, so didn't disturb us at all. Since we are a large family we had a lot of luggage, and found so helpful their recommendation of Luggit - a company that collects and drops your luggage wherever you choose to. We didn't know service like this existed. It literally saved our last day in Barcelona, our flight back was in the evening. They had few more recommendations of services we didn't need to use. Received our deposit back with no problems at all. We stayed only 2 nights this time, but would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone. Thank you very much!
Negative: If I had to think of anything - lift is tiny (like the smallest I have ever seen), it was very hard to fit our buggy in it, and no one else could get in with it, we had to send it (and bags) up/down by itself, but obviously it's not something that apartment owners could do anything about. There are few steps before, so it would not wheelchair friendly I assume. Oh, and balcony is not what you would expect of balcony - it's just a tiny balcony to store mops etc. So that is a little bit misleading.

Positive: The location is perfect. Further away from the crowds but close enough to the city center by metro. Very walkable and close to all the stores we need. The apartment was clean and spacious. Communication was relatively easy and we really enjoyed complementary cleanings throughout our stay.
Negative: We felt that we were lacking basic things like laundry detergent, trash bin and bags, paper towels, sharp knives, salt & pepper and others. We managed but felt that the kitchen could have been stocked up better. The toilet paper provided also wasn't enough for the whole stay. The cafe right outside our window was pretty loud through the night, so it's important to keep this in mind when renting the place.
Summary: We had great time and created lots of wonderful memories during our trip.

Positive: Location is great! You have shops, bakeries and also a lot of restaurants nearby. There was also a takeaway restaurant 50m from the apartment with great local dishes that is really cheap.
Negative: Some facilities like toaster and water cattle were outdated and not good for use. Also the noise in the evening is pretty loud!
