Summary: We were traveling for several weeks around England and Scotland, and this was like a vacation on our vacation from the busy city. Great location on the isle (Portree, hiking, castles) and wonderful neighborhood atmosphere (quiet with cows and sheep across the fence). Wonderful kitchen amenities (full size fridge/freezer, pans, utensils - we cooked a family meal every day). Felt homey; we would definitely stay here again! The only downside is that with sunsets at 10:30pm (June), the smaller room with the skylight didn't have the dark shades of the larger rooms, which our 8 year old found challenging. The other minor surprise is that the tv is netflix capable but requires one's own account.

Summary: This is a very well equipped property with plenty of space in a prime location to explore what skye has too offer. The whole process and communication with mairi is very good. We spent 5 nights in this property and everyone enjoyed it. Well worth a stay again.

Summary: We had a great time in Mairi‘s house. It had everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds so comfortable :) It was well located for all the trips we did. We always enjoyed coming back in the evening and sitting on the table and enjoying the views. Thank you for everything!!
