Summary: The pictures posted on site are absolutely NOT what we walked into. Inside & outside.The master shower was backed up and i had to plunge it to get it to drain. Hot tub was murky and smelled fishy and progressively got worse throughout the week. Corn hole was broken in half not playable.There was no wood for fire pit. Outdoor string lights not working. Pond was full of leaves and stagnant water & smelled. It has plastic mesh fencing lying over it. Fountain is also holding stagnant water & also smelled. There is a drainage pipe above ground that runs across the yard. Back yard is a hazard if you have young children,so so many hazards. Outdoor patio furniture is dirty. There are no board games, no wine. 3 trash containers were full, We arrived Saturday evening and were told to roll trash cans out to the street on Monday. I did reach out about these issues and felt they ignored majority of them just addressed hot tube issue and was asked to confirm that we were following all the rules posted and told the outdoor string light come on automatically and there is a button on the deck. We found no button on the deck we found outlet and had to reset it. On Thursday lights went out again. I reached out on Thursday about hot tub to see if someone could come look at it. Friday when we got back to the house i reached out again about hot tub they completely ignored me and never responded back. I have pictures of all this and also a video that i would love to share but am unable to upload.

Summary: Went to Red Rocks for a concert and selected this location. Great location, everything is a short drive and close enough to the venue. The outdoor area and separate rooms for several adults sold us.

Summary: The house has a lot of cobweb's and the floors were sticky. We bought a mop and cleaned the floors because our bare feet were dirty from walking on the floors. The backyard could also use some attention. The grass is dead and there are weeds around the pond. The kitchen is limited on utensils - only 4 forks available. Also has a keuric coffee maker but no drip coffee maker. There is a washer and dryer but there wasn’t any laundry soap available The beds are all comfortable, the towels are nice, and the refrigerator is large and has plenty of ice. We enjoyed the neighbors peacocks that frequent the backyard.

Summary: We loved our stay here. The backyard is very big and all the dogs loved it. The home is big and there’s plenty of room for everyone. The only problem was the cleaning. There was a lot of dust everywhere, the 2nd floor bathroom hadn’t been cleaned (there were hairs all over the floor and the bath mat was dirty) and I saw some red stains on the curtains in one of the 2nd floor rooms. Basement shower was dirty as well. Cleanliness is a big deal for our family but other than that we had no complains. Honestly the backyard in summer time would be lovely.

Summary: The outside of the house is a little outdated but you can tell the inside was renovated. There were a few cobwebs and dust but otherwise very comfortable. Loved the fire pit and corn hole boards.

Summary: Came here for reggea on the rocks. It worked perfectly for 6 adults. And had morning visits from the peacocks.

Summary: We loved how beautifully it was decorated. Tons of space to spread out if you have a large group. Backyard was wonderful with yard games, firepit, a water feature, and string lights (even though we couldn’t get them to work). We’ve already said next time we’re in town we’d stay there again! Beds were memory foam & really nice. Lots of bathrooms & hang out space. Beautiful kitchen that served our group great. Only complaint was the lack of a/c in all the rooms. The a/c in the living room kept flipping a breaker & turning off. So only run one at a time if they don’t get it fixed. We found that helped us have some a/c. But our group loved it! We would highly recommend it!
