Welcome to this Modern Retreat, located a couple minutes from i70 and 15 minutes from downtown, being the perfect neutral home bar for your Colorado travels.
Upon entry into the duplex, you'll be greeted with a large, open space perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring or working or entertaining your family and friends. You'll find a huge and comfortable sectional couch and big screen tv. This space opens up to the dining table to allow seating all in one space. Also in this large room is the desk and work space, for any working professionals needing to squeeze in some work. Head into the kitchen and find everything you need to cook, sip and host. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need. Down the stairs is a full sized laundry room and out the back door is a private yard area. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms. Both rooms have comfort in mind, each sporting a hybrid luxury mattress. One room is equipped with a king sized bed, full sized comfortable futon, a sitting chair, and a large screen tv. The other room has a queen bed and sitting chair. The bathroom has a modern and clean feel with all new tile, and hosts a tub and shower. Summary: It was clean and comfortable. We were missing some supplies but Susan had them delivered quickly. It is a good location if you want availability to Denver but also up to the mountains fairly quickly.

Summary: Home was very pleasant. We really enjoyed this property and it was just as described. I was thankful there was laundry soap for use and everything was very clean! If we work in the area again this will be our first pick!

Summary: We liked staying here, a nice quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfy, and the house was clean. We wanted to use the grill to cook one night, but there was no propane, we ended up cooking our meat and veggies on a skillet on the stove instead. It didn’t have 4 chairs at the table, so one of the 4 of us had to stand. It had the smell of a pet when we came in, but we opened some windows and aired it out a bit and it wasn’t so big. But the listing did say “pet friendly” so I’m sure that’s why it smelled like pets. Overall, a great stay. Thank you.

Summary: Property nice inside, but the negative is the listing states it sleeps 10 but there were only beds for 8, so 2 people would have to sleep on the long living room couch.
