With 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms this charming townhome is great for the entire family or even multiple families. Open layout with lots of natural lighting. New stainless steel kitchen appliances so you can cook and eat comfortably during your stay, but also super close to some amazing restaurants - College Station has so much good food! Outdoor patio space with seating. Located just East of Hwy 6 off Harvey Rd, enjoy quick access from out-of-town while being only minutes from Texas A&M University, Veteran’s Park, restaurants, movie theatre, and shopping. Key Features:
• Three Spacious Bedrooms: Primary bedroom with king bed, desk, dresser, smart TV and ensuite bath with double sinks, spacious walk-in shower, and very large walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, dresser, large closet, smart TV and ensuite bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds, dresser and separate entrance to bathroom shared with bedroom #2. Half bath is centrally located and convenient to all bedrooms.
• Contemporary Living Spaces: The open concept design seamlessly blends living, dining and kitchen spaces. The living room is equipped with a smart TV with cable for entertainment, and the dining area with seating for 9 provides a welcoming space for meals or game nights.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to cook and serve a full meal or put together quick sandwiches prior to your outings. Coffee, tea cream, sugar and sugar substitute are provided. The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar offers additional seating.
• Wifi – Fast WIFI is available throughout townhome.
• Laundry: Enjoy a laundry room with a modern, full-sized washer and dryer. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided.
• Private Fenced Back Yard: Step outside to your own private oasis – a small fenced-in yard with a covered patio, ceiling fan, table and chairs is perfect for a morning coffee or an evening meal. • Pets: To keep the home clean and beautiful for everyone, I’m currently not allowing pets (not even my own!) to stay at the townhome.

Summary: WOW! What a great property. We stayed here for my daughter’s NSC. The property is just as pictured. It is clean, spacious, close to TAMU campus and has a comfortable king bed mattress in the master. Lisa even provided a basket full of goodies and bottled water. Will definitely stay here again. As of matter of fact, I was wanting to book for August but, of course, it’s all booked up. I should have known.

Summary: This property was everything we needed. Family of 5-3 teens/preteens in town for a 7on7 tourney and sports camp at U of H. Easy check in, comfortable beds, clean/modern amenities. Very quiet neighborhood. We will want to stay here every time we come to College Station.

Summary: We stayed here during our daughter’s wedding weekend. The neighborhood was quiet and calm, house was very clean and tidy when we arrived and the communication was great. Easy check-in and having a garage to park in was an added bonus!

Summary: More beautiful than the photos, Lisa's place was immaculate, comfortable, and every thoughtful detail and helpful written piece of information just made it SO easy and relaxing! We stayed for my son's graduation (Whoop!); a friend & her husband joined us one night. The kitchen was well-furnished for cooking and having a meal for 8. Lisa was extremely gracious and responsive as a host- I forgot the pool code & impulsively sent a note at 8am, & she immediately found & provided it. I should have called my family to find it in the info on the TV stand! The pool area was lovely, with a restroom, shade, and nice chairs. Beds were very comfortable, and our sensitive allergies did not react to anything! Would love to stay again...

Summary: This place was perfect. The check in process was easy, and the directions and info from our host was clear and easy to follow. The home itself was spotless, and beautifully decorated. Lots of space to move and have privacy but also area's to spend time together. The bed in the master was amazing, and I miss it already. I did not sleep in the other rooms but, my son said he slept well and was very comfortable in the other room. The shower was also wonderful. The location was also great. Everything we needed to get to was within 10 mins at most. The campus was very close and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. I am definitely keeping this place on our list for our next visit to College Station.
