Our spacious, one-story home is centrally located allowing you to explore the iconic spots in Nashville while offering a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of the day. Enjoy your morning coffee while planning your adventures from our back porch swing, or unwind from the day with a glass of wine on our patio deck overlooking the 17th fairway of Nashboro Golf Club. Nature-lovers love nearby Percy Priest Lake and Long Hunter State Park for swimming, hiking and water sports rentals all less than 10 min away. Enter our home with a gorgeous view of the Nashboro golf course, a large waterfall marble island in the kitchen and spacious seating in the great room with an open floor plan. Perfect for groups traveling together. Enjoy comfortable conversation throughout the kitchen, living room, and dining room.

Summary: Loved the house. Was very pleased with the cleanliness of the house and it had two wonderful back porches to watch some golfers on the golf course that is behind the house. Communication with the owner was always quick and helpful. Loved the decor and layout of the house. Would recommend.

Summary: We enjoyed the stay. Was close to everything. House was wonderful. Loved the set up. Porch swing was fun. There was a small leak in front bathroom in crying but it rained very hard and had a big storm blow through. Will stay here again for sure.
