Summary: Great communication from the host. Amenities were perfect. The walk up after you park, is all gravel so if you are elderly or have any heavy luggage you just need to plan accordingly. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Summary: We needed a space to work remotely for a few days in between two weekends of activities. This was the perfect place. It was clean, quiet and the WIFI worked well. In the evenings we were able to go to downtown Nashville and Franklin. Tom was a great host!

Summary: From the moment we stepped inside it was complete comfort. Very clean and everything you would need right down to first aid, the amenities were fantastic! Very quiet neighborhood, very enjoyable. I would highly recommend The Nest and if we ever make it back to Nashville we would definitely stay there again

Summary: The property was just as described. It was a perfect getaway for my husband and I. We enjoyed the opportunity to get away from the rush of downtown but still be close enough to enjoy everything Nashville has to offer. The hosts have thought of everything.
