Beautiful retreat on nearly 2 acres suitable for multiple families or groups. Curl up in front of a fireplace in our cozy but spacious restored 1908 home. Enjoy the warmth of the sunshine through one of the many skylights or cooking in the fully-stocked kitchen. Prepare your morning coffee or tea the way you like it at our lovely coffee bar; single-serve, full pot, French press or pour over. Enjoy the views of nature right outside the many windows. Summary: What a wonderful getaway! So close to everything we needed/wanted but felt like it was tucked away from everything in its own peaceful space. Loved the light coming in through all the windows and skylights. There was a space for everyone ( family with 7 kids ages 17– 9 months). The boys loved making fires in the fire pit and there were thoughtful books and toys throughout the house for the littles. We also loved sitting by the fires we made in the cozy room off the kitchen and enjoyed the ability to sit on the 3 season porch and listen to nature. Would absolutely stay here again if we’re in the area!

Summary: The house was great for our stay. We came into town for a funeral with other family members. The house feels like it's in the country, but was so close to everything we needed. Great restaurants and close grocery stores. The host was easy to communicate with, and accommodating for our needs. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well furnished. We really enjoyed the cozy wood fireplace.

Summary: My family and I recently flew in from Florida to visit family. As we all arrived, we each commented on how beautiful the home was immediately. The more we explored, the more we fell in love with it, and at some point, most of us commented how at home and cozy it was and how we would like this to be our annual rental location. It's centrally located but feels like you're in a cabin far from the cities. We had a large group, and it accommodated all of us comfortably. The home comes stocked with everything you could possibly need (and then some). The original woodwork and hard wood floors are stunning, and we loved the fireplaces and outdoor fire pit, too! We had a minor issue when we arrived with the internet, and Merideth was so quick to respond and had it resolved for us in no time! I can not say enough good things about this home, and we definitely look forward to staying here again!

Summary: My six kids and I had a great time at your place! They are teenagers and in their 20s and they like to stay up late and I don’t :-) I get up early. It’s wonderful because people could sleep while I was in the kitchen and I could sleep while they were staying up giggling in the basement and we didn’t bother each other at all. We played the games left by the host. We read their adorable books left on the shelves. We enjoyed the fireplaces! We had several cups of tea and coffee with all the beautiful cups and saucers. We enjoyedthe beautiful view of all of the large trees on the property, and felt like we were the only ones for miles around, although there is a target and many other great stores within a five minute drive. My kids look forward to coming back again someday! We highly recommend this cute, cozy, spacious and memorable home! Thank you for a great Christmas!
