Summary: We enjoyed our 7 night stay at Laura's VRBO. Clean and roomy. Convenient to all highways. A short distance to beach areas and everything! New kitchen appliances. The gas stove/oven was great. We didn't use the dishwasher. Wi-Fi was fast enough to do everything. TV had pre-installed apps which were a bit outdated, but they were of use to us. Bathroom was a little small but everything worked and it was clean. Not enough ice trays. We bought bagged ice. No toaster. No kettle for boiling water. This listing is new so I'm sure Laura will read the reviews and add amenities in time. This was still a quality rental. The lack of a few small appliances did not affect our enjoyment of our stay here. Our Yorkshire Terrier also had a great time. Laura has a few outdoor cats and our dog barked a little but we kept him on a leash and it was all good. Laura was there to talk to and she responded quickly to all of our requests and needs. Summary: Laura is a great host and very helpful, we enjoyed our stay despite the loud traffic noises, the front door to the apartment is in the bedroom, the white noise machine provided did help. The apartment is attached to the host's home with a shared backyard and the stray cats she cares for mainly stay in the gazebo, neither were disclosed in the listing. The bathroom is very small, but there is plenty of closet space provided. Overall, a very comfortable stay for the weekend.

Summary: Laura was very nice. Upon arrival, we had to walk through a gated area and a lawn/yard that needed tending. The property itself on the outside was not tidy. Overgrown shrubs, tall grass and litter were visible. The gate in which Laura asked us to keep closed was very difficult to open and close. I would suggest she get it fixed and also use a spring device so it closes on its own. The inside of the apartment was tidy. The bed was not very comfortable, there was some sort of mattress cover that crunched every time you rolled over. The bedroom is also located in the front of the house. It is a very busy road with a lot of road noise. Especially in the morning. For us it was fine, we spent most of our days out visiting family. Also, if you are bringing a pet there is $100 additional fee. This fee was not in the listing. I was asked to pay by the owner after I had requested the booking.
