Summary: Plenty of parking space, beautiful backyard, and cute little house with all the amenities! Great spot if you have dogs or kids!

Summary: This home was a perfect choice for our stay. The check in process was easy and Roberto really made sure to make us feel welcome. The home actually had some amenities that we weren't expecting, which to us was nice. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with different items for cooking including large bowls/pans (with 2 sons and a husband, I know someone understands what I'm talking about lol). The bathroom also had many essentials that aren't typically provided places (the products for females too is very appreciative since most people don't even think of that). This home is beautifully remodeled/updated and has a nice cozy feel to it, and we really enjoyed the outdoor patio area as well. The home was so clean, you'd never know they allowed pets to stay here. Unfortunately Union Beach was closed for construction during our stay, but the other beaches weren't far of a drive. It's located near many different stores for convenience, but still far enough away that the neighborhood is nice and quiet. We took a day trip over to New York City and the drive really wasn't that far either. The home owners really want to make sure you're accommodated and seem to care about your experience which gives it a more personal feel where that doesn't seem so typical anymore. We travel 3-4 times a year and this was one of the nicest homes we've rented by far. We would definitely rent from them again.

Summary: I wish I could give five stars, but two major obstacles were the lack of any type of window covering in the kitchen and window near the back door and the front door lock with an app. On a positive, it's a cute home.. very small, but has what you need. The location is wonderful, and I booked it because I was a journalist at a daily and weekly newspaper in the Bayshore area in my youth. Close to the Raritan Bay and Cliffwood Beach and not far at all from the ocean, Sandy Hook, etc. The most troublesome item was the lack of any type of covering on the two kitchen windows. What made it worse is the house on the corner next door has its back facing the window. I felt as though I was on display and the top right-hand window ALWAYS had the light on throughout the night. To be personal, I sleep in my undies, so when I wake up to go the bathroom in the middle night, don't want to be parading myself around.. and there was no hook on the bedroom door or anything to hand a robe or dress. Plus, the curtain in the window of that upstairs room was always slighty moved to the right, as though someone was watching. Very creepy. Next issue was the front door... with the app. My final night there, the app said it could not lock the door because it needed to be recalibrated. There WAS NO MANUAL OPTION! I wrote to the owner through VRBO, but he didn't write back until maybe 3 a.m. So I had to sleep in the home with the front door unlocked... very unnerving.. and will probably not stay again.

Summary: The rental was as listed. It's cute and cozy and perfect for 3 children with the double bunk bed. A new master bedroom mattress is recommended and kitchen curtains to block the sun setting while cooking dinner/washing dinner dishes. Great location to the Keyport promenade and Keansburg.

Summary: Adorable, updated home! Loved that we could bring our dogs. The neighborhood and town are very nice. We enjoyed the restaurants in Keyport and walk along the water. Keansburg Beach was excellent! NYC is a train ride away and we enjoyed time in the city. The house had everything that we needed. Roberto was very helpful and took care of any issues quickly.

Summary: I was here for a tournament that I didn’t recruiting for and wanted something with more space. The place was well appointed and comfortable and neighborhood quiet. I did struggle with unlocking the door with the app they use so that was a pain but I’m not tech savvy so that’s probably on me. However when I called Roberto he was quick to pick up - unlocks the door remotely and helped me trouble shoot. My only complaint was the bed wasn’t super comfy but I think it was more about the sheets than the mattress so a super easy fix. Overall I would absolutely return to this adorable place.
