Excellent Easton's Point location, just off Tuckerman Avenue. Charming cottage located on a quiet street walking distance to Easton's Beach, 2nd Beach, numerous restaurants, and Newport's scenic Cliff Walk. Only a short driving distance to downtown Newport, several historic mansions and Bellevue Avenue.
This studio style cottage is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood adjacent to an owner-occupied dwelling. It is ideal for a single person, couple or small family (max. 1 older child) coming to enjoy a lovely, relaxing vacation in the Newport area.
Due to the structural set up of the rental (stairs and loft) and the safety of guests we can only have older children, aged 12 and up traveling with their families.

Summary: Property is exactly as it appears on the vrbo site. Joan was so easy and a delight, she thought of everything in this adorable studio. Clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood-easy access to downtown Newport. Lovely beaches to explore close by. It was just outstanding!! Summary: We stayed in this cozy cottage for three nights to attend our nieces wedding. It is close to all the Newport activities. It was so nice to come back to a clean, comfortable, quiet home every day! The host that we met was such a lovely lady. We’ll have to come back to Middletown and stay in this cottage more often in the future!

Summary: I highly recommend staying here! It’s clean, easy to check in/out and the host is friendly & helpful. The cottage is located minutes from the beach and is a short drive to all that Newport has to offer.

Summary: What a delightful charming, Cottage. Location was Phenomenal. I felt like I was a fairytale such a Quaint ,cute Cottage Not to mention it was immaculate. Everything looks brand new and sparkling. The bed was comfortable.. Our host was such a charming lady, very loving and accommodating above and beyond. thanks so much .

Summary: My husband and I stayed for a week in this cozy cottage. Joan was welcoming and helpful in every way, the interior is pleasantly decorated and very well maintained, as is the rest of the property. The kitchen had enough pots and utensils to cook basic meals every day. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were even ironed, better than most hotels or rentals, and the rate is more convenient.The bed in the loft is more suitable for a young person, because there is no room to stand up. The side door leads to a beautifully landscaped area with garden table and chairs, there's also a BBQ grill. The neighborhood is a summer vacation postcard. Overall, great stay.
