Summary: Very inviting cottage, light& bright. well appointed & well stocked with many amenities & pantry basics. Much larger inside than appears. Great separate downstairs with 2 bedrooms, full bathroom & living room. House has great beach vibe & well stocked for fun in the yard or at the beach.wonderful covered porch with peek a boo view of the ocean & mansions. Short 5 minute walk to beach, & restaurants.look forward to staying again

Summary: My friends and I always get away Columbus Day weekend. This was the perfect location and a quick walk to the beach and several restaurants.

Summary: Our stay here was amazing. It was as advertised (oddly enough surprised when that happens these days) and my family really enjoyed the location! Check-in process was very smooth even though there was a hiccup on my part but the property manager was very accommodating and not upset. The house is much bigger than it looks as well and fit all of us nicely. The house was very clean and contained all the essential cookware you need to cook meals at the house. If we ever make our way back to Newport, we will 100% try to stay here if it is available :). Thanks for the great stay and great memories!
