In this detached villa, approx. 2 km from the picturesque village of Santa Barbara de Nexe, you can enjoy the spaciousness and comfort for a relaxing vacation in undisturbed privacy. The quietly located accommodation with outdoor pool is only accessible by car. The villa is suitable for long-term tenants and families with children and has central heating, which is included in the price.
The villa extends over a living area of 150 m2 and can accommodate 6 people and, if required, a baby crib can also be set up. The villa has 3 bedrooms, one bedroom has two single beds and the other two are each equipped with a double bed. One bedroom also has a flat screen TV with international programs.
