As soon as you drive into our property you will feel like you just drove into a private estate with beautiful waterview all throughout the property. Our property has 3 houses on 1.8+ acres lot with expansive stretch of the Potomac River. Each of our rental homes on a lot offers a private oasis that you'll call home. Enjoy outdoor leisure time, or relax on your private living space. Our waterfront feature springs to life like never before, with a majestic riverside walking path and scenic views of the shores of historic St. George Island (est.1638) in southern Maryland.
From this cozy retreat you can enjoy a good book, sunbath, gaze out into the bay as the boats pass by or even take a much needed nap.Maybe your idea of relaxation is throwing a fishing rod out into the water and trying to catch that nights dinner or kayaking on the water.Either way, we have you covered.
Recently renovated. Our house is situated near Chesapeake Bay and Potomac River and features 1 Master Suite, 4 bedrooms, 2 hall bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a dining area, sunroom, and outside yard with beautiful and peaceful views of the water. It comes with free highspeed wifi and HD Cable TV and can be a snug little place for your quick getaway or a long staycation. You might have a celebration in mind, then bring the friends and family and stay that can accommodate 10 sleep comfortably in beds and 2 full size cots in the sunroom. House is with WELL WATER and it's a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit. Sorry NO pets. Our property does not rent to graduating seniors, individuals or groups under 25. The minimum age increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
Each of our rental has its own private fire pit area, garden, and yard but all SHARE the same driveway and parking. There is an open walkway connecting the three homes. Our guests definitely have plenty of space for each own group, parking shall not be an issue.
Fishing and crabbing can be done directly from our SHARED pier and deck with build-in benches. It's a perfect spot to conveniently advantage of all the Potomac River and Chesapeake Bay River have to offer. No matter where you are, outside on the home's lawn or at the unparalleled setting of relaxation as all the home's amenities combine, our guests are sure to have privacy and an amazing experience at pier pleasure and blissful vacation.
Biking, walking, kayaking, canoeing, fishing (bring your own equipment), crabbing (crab pot is provided, bring your own baits) and outdoors activities are available at your own interest.
Check us out! We really believe you’ll like it. We're only 2 hours away from Washington DC, Virginia, or Baltimore, but you’ll feel like you are halfway around the world. With its cool laid-back style and subtle sophistication this house doesn't disappoint.

Summary: We rented this property for our daughter’s college graduation. It was a very picturesque location with plenty of room to spread out! We stayed for 2 nights with extended family members, age ranging from 24-94. Everyone had a very comfortable bed, privacy when needed but ample space to be together. The fire pit was a great place to hang out or taking a little walk down the dock to the water to see the sunset. We had such a lovely stay. The master bedroom is spacious, with a very comfy memory foam bed and a great view of the water. All other bedrooms provide comfortable beds and plenty of room to stretch! Kitchen is well stocked with basic cooking necessities, though I brought my own platters and serving pieces. There are plenty of nicewhite plates for serving. It was so helpful to have a mud/laundry room right at the back door for storing kitchen items and extra food. There is a large island with 10 stools for seating, where we spent most of our meals. I would definitely recommend this house for a family reunion. Very nice to have the other houses on the property for back housing.

Summary: My family, 6 adults and 4 children 3 and under, had a delightful stay at this property over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was newly renovated and super clean! There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out around the kitchen island for meals and in front of the tv to watch the football games. The bedroom spaces were cozy and private. The children enjoyed playing in the backyard and the adults enjoyed taking in the scenery along the pier. One night, we ate dinner at The Ruddy Duck which is just minutes from the house and the staff and the food were amazing! We would definitely choose this property for a stay in the future!

Summary: We enjoyed this stay, helpful observations below: INSIDE: -GREAT space and layout, exactly as pictured, recently renovated, spotlessly clean (except for the sunroom off the kitchen which smelled strongly of cigarette smoke- we kept door closed and did not need or use the room). -All beds seemed to be new, foam mattresses and were VERY comfortable, NICE quality, super CLEAN bedding and towels. (Wish there were extra towels and some spare blankets). -Very nice laundry room (wish there were a couple of laundry detergent pods.. had to buy a large detergent and leave it there), also, this space is shared with the other properties via an outside access door, yet there was a note for us NOT to lock our inside door leading from kitchen to laundry room, leaving us with a lack of security. -Well water smells very strongly of sulfur..(rotten egg smell).. did not even want to brush teeth with this..Suggest either a filtration system or provide fresh water dispenser/cooler or even just a case of gallon jugs). OUTSIDE: -NOT private, AT ALL, unless the other 2 VERY close/nearby properties are UNoccupied. .FYI. -Water view is partially OBSTRUCTED by the 2 story townhouse which sits BETWEEN the larger house and the waterfront. This is not clear from the pictures, one of which is taken from the dock, shows the 2 story town-house and a neighbor’s cape style house (actually ACROSS the street), which you might think is the rental!. I suggest the pictures ACCURATELY show the buildings as they are situated on the property. -The townhouse is still under construction. Confirm with owners ahead of time to ensure a clean site free of dumpster/debris, building materials, and construction activities as the driveway to this property is right outside your picture window. We had an issue when workers pulled up at 8:30 am Sat. Morn, unloading materials, powering up tools etc. . Our view, privacy and tranquility were disturbed. Property manager was EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE. We declined a prompt offer of monetary compensation, they ultimately complied with our request for restoration of the promised peace and quiet: the mess and workers cleared out within 2 1/2 hours.

Summary: This house and property are lovely. The house is just as pictured on the website, so you can be reassured about what you’re getting. The kitchen is very well stocked. The dining room table with the large window overlooking the backyard and creek was a great place for us to hang out with our extended family. There is a fabulous restaurant just down the street called The Ruddy Duck. We would’ve eaten there every night but it was closed on Monday and Tuesday 😊 My son and his cousins caught fish off the dock, so bring poles and tackle if that appeals to you. I would stay here again.

Summary: The home was perfect, very clean, and well appointed! Plenty of space to stretch out, and internet speed was very fast (had no issues working remotely and streaming movies was a breeze). The property is beautiful, located right on the water with great views. We particularly enjoyed spending time down on the dock! The owner was super responsive, and offered great advice on places to eat and things to do in the area— very helpful when traveling! Everything was exactly what we were looking for in our trip, could not have been more pleased with our experience! We’ll definitely be back!

Summary: This charming house on St George Island was a treat for our family. The location is perfect; we had wonderful breezes, sunshine, so many birds, all the sounds and smells of being right on the water. The house is clean and bright, with more than enough room for our group of seven. We could easily reach restaurants, all kinds of shopping, historic sites, and much more. Come and stay in a comfortable, beautifully situated home!
