Negative: I requested on April 30 that my stay be reduced by 1 day because I had to move to MSY airport (3 hours drive), I did not hear back until 1 week later that I did not like because there was no attention from the owner I spoke to him several times. Finally a day before, he tried to make the change and could not do it and I could not do it either I asked Booking for the change and they told me they would ask the owner and finally I left 1 day before. I am not happy about this situation, I will be charged for a day I was not there. Another thing that happened to me, when I parked my car on the 15th, I noticed some boards on the floor, obstructed in the parking lot, I had to make several maneuvers to be able to park it properly. While it is true that they are offering a service they should always ensure that the quality and attention is unbeatable, it is the first time that happens to me in booking. Honestly I had the alternative of staying in a Holiday and yet I changed it for this location, bad decision.

Positive: Thank you for the bonus Victor's Breakfast Diner $5.00 off each person!! The location was so great to walk around the downtown area. View of the water was awesome and the entire stay was fantastic. The house was perfect to stay at the so comfortable like being at home, all the comforts and more! Pet friendly was a big plus. The owners are great people, what a blessing!!

Positive: I have always had a weak spot for Meche's Doughnuts, but their savory items were new to me. They didn't disappoint. I love the Boudin pocket now.
Negative: I couldn't figure out the dishwasher, but that may be a user error over anything else.

Positive: Chateau Royale was just a little piece of heaven, the location on the bayou was so romantic & a stones throw from some of the coolest bars & eateries in New Iberia. Mickey & Tiffany ought to b very proud of their beautiful place, the decor was fabulous & new things kept catching my eye. It was extremely well equipped & one couldn't fail to enjoy. Thank u.

Positive: this was such a unique find and wonderful place. We really enjoyed the property and we were able to look at the other property next door. Both of these places are first rate.
Negative: These places are both just wonderful oasis on the bayou. it provided a nice restful spot to take in the beauty of the bayou and the charm of a small town.
