Summary: Problems with confirmed vacation house triggered a last minute search for a vacation house with pool and AC. Thanks to quick reaction and very fast response of the host Didier of this house, our vacation got saved at the very last minute. Great work and big thank you! The house maybe looks a bit old on the outside, but pool and inside are great, all very clean, good working AC in al the rooms, modern bathrooms and showers, good quality beds and fridge with ice dispenser. Quite neighbourhood, with Grasse and Nice and Monaco close by. Top vacation!

Summary: This was a beautiful property. There is lots of space, everything you need nearby, beautiful pool, very safe, excellent and helpful hosts. Two families stayed comfortably. Only issue was a weak wifi signal. Otherwise perfect vacation spot. Thank you Didier!

Summary: We spent two fantastic weeks in this property. The house was well equipped with lots of space and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was very much appreciated. The pool area, outdoor shower and toilet were perfect for us and we also made full use of the gas barbecue. Didier and his wife were most welcoming and helpful and as they live next door were on hand if we had any questions. We very much appreciated their kind gifts of freshly picked tomatoes! The location of the house was ideal for exploring the area with so many activities nearby to choose from. We had a fabulous holiday and would definitely return.

Summary: We had a lovely time staying at the house. We loved the pool and garden and enjoyed sitting out on the deck of an evening. Rooms were clean and comfortable with well working a.c. A great visit made even better with how helpful and kind Didier was. Brilliant!

Summary: The property was everything we expected. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was great and the American fridge/freezer was a real bonus. The pool was lovely and beautifully maintained daily by our host Didier. The convenience of the outside shower and downstairs washroom were a plus. It was a very secure location with ample parking. Overall a beautifully kept property with all modern facilities. We had a lovely family holiday there and thoroughly recommend it. Didier and his wife are very welcoming hosts.

Summary: We (8 friends) had a wonderful time in this great house! The house is very well maintained with four beautiful bedrooms (all with good functioning airconditioning!) and a well equiped kitchen. The dining area outside is very nice; very idyllic under grapevines and with a view on the pool. Good functioning BBQ. The location was perfect: just a few minutes by car from several supermarkets and beautiful Valbonne, close to Grasse and not far from Nice airport, Cannes and Antibes. The owners are very kind, flexible and had a lot of recommendations for activities. They even brought us delicious fresh vegetables from their garden. The communication went very well. We would definately recommend this house!

Summary: If you like a private house on the countryside,but near by attractions,you Will love this place!very Nice pool and dining-erea outside,and dining and relax erea inside aswell. Nice to have aircondition in all 4 bedrooms. And A very helpful and warm host who are nearby if you need him. We highly recommend this place!
