Summary: This is a new house with everything you need and more. Modern and comfortable furniture, huge TV with soundbar/bass, comfortable adjustable bed in master room. Huge master bathroom. Back patio privacy with fencing. Lots of extras provided. Loved the treats. Very friendly and respectful owner. Half hour to Silver Springs, 1 hour from Crystal River on the Gulf Coast. Very close to The Villages without the Villages price and much more quiet. Lots if Lakes to explore. Convenient to grocery stores, farmers markets, and anything you need. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: So, not only did the host allow me and my son an early check-in because I arrived in town a bit earlier than expected, the host had excellent communication dealing with a little issue. The surprising detail was the master bedroom has a mattress with a power base. I slept in a zero gravity position for the first time at a VRBO property. 5 stars I would stay at this home again in the future.

Summary: This was by far our best VRBO experience. Cliff is a wonderful host and a very kind soul. His home is very clean and so comfortable. The location is very safe with a good security system. He thought of every at home convenience and assured our stay was a wonderful experience. We are planning a return next year already.
