Summary: My family and I stayed here to visit family in Summerfield FL. The house is 3 bedrooms and was clean and perfect for us and met all of our needs! One of the bed rooms is a childrens room in which a tree house is built into the ceiling and is the bed, I took that room because it would have been far too hard for either of my parents to get into because it's harder to climb into that bed, I'm a very small adult 4'8 and had no problems climbing into it so, it worked out for me and brought back memories of my childhood. My mom walks with the use of a cane and the house was perfect for her because one bedroom has a bed in it that is lower to ground, also, although, the edge of the tub was a little high it was still no problem because we found a stool on the premisis, that she used to get in and out of the tub with. The house is in Farm Country with a lot of farms surronding it even 2 farms located in the neighborhood that the house is in which adds to the charm of the neighborhood.It is close to all shopping and resturants and Lake Weir which is a plus. Disney parks are 1hr away and it is 1hr30 mins to the Gulf beaches and The East coast beaches for swimming and salt water activities.1hr from the airport/Kennedy Space Center, and it is 55 mins away from The World Equestrian Center. Also it is between 45mins to 1 hour to many of the Florida springs for fresh water swimming as well and fresh water activities. Close to Marion Market as well.We had a great stay! Thank You Brent!

Summary: Had everything we needed plus more! Beds were comfortable and our kids loved the tree house bedroom. Washer and dryer were wonderful…. Well maintained and clean. My only tiny issue was I am allergic to animals and I believe that this is a pet friendly home. I would’ve taken Zyrtec a lot sooner. Overall great rental would rent it again!
